Ireland Trip

Each year the club organises a week long diving trip to Kerry in southern Ireland. We usually take the ferry from Swansea to Cork as this makes getting there with all the gear easier.             

The diving is in some of the clearest water close to the British Isles, with some great marine life such as Basking sharks, many types of dolphins and seals. 

The Skellig Islands are straight out from our launch site and offer exiting diving below the water and interesting historic ruins above the water.

We have dived with Atlantic Divers for the last 15 years and would highly recommend them as a professional and dedicated organisation.

Kimmeridge Weekend

The ‘Chairman’s Kimmeridge Weekend’ takes place in the summer over a long weekend and we stay in the period Kimmeridge Farmhouse with its views over Kimmeridge Bay and surrounding countryside. Our accommodation is only 2 minutes from the slip so no early starts are required!

Diving is from the Club RIB and is arranged to suit all levels of experience with family and friends joining the divers for a well earned lunch time picnic and evening meal in the nearby pub. Trips between dives take place in the RIB around the bay and are very popular for the younger ‘members’ of the club.
